Tim Karp, owner and lead operator, splits his time working as a Captain with New Hanover County Fire and operating First Response. With twelve years of employment firefighting, Tim understands the importance of time management, open and honest communication, and building trusting relationships within coworkers and customers. He values you as the customer to provide thorough and detailed work when contracted on your pond, no matter how big or small the job.
